Prior to FGP, Taylor was a morning show producer for a local news station in Columbia before switching careers. She most recently worked as a recruiter for several large light industrial clients in the Midlands. Taylor is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Taylor is very personable. It's not always easy to meet people and just take something from there, but she understood the needs of the client and saw the possibilities in my resume even though there was no direct relation to my experience and the position. Taylor was very helpful when speaking to the client to "get the ball rolling." She set the stage for a great interview. We both agree that no matter what happens with this position we should stay in touch and work together in the future.
