I'm not sure about the last two questions about reading reviews, but I read none and that's why I put a thumbs down because it just meant it doesn't apply to me. As far as working with BayLeah, she's very thorough, professional and as I mentioned before to her in an email ,her delivery is warm and hopeful. She comes across as very considerate and sincere.
