About Taylor Gilbert-Fitzpatrick:

I have worked with Jamie on another assignment I had a concern with that assignment and I called her. I was disappointed at the outcome of the incident. Jamie was reassuring, came up with a plan and followed through with a 24 hour period. Mind you, I called her a few hour before close of business. She fulfilled her part of the proposed resolution and contacted me before 9am the nex business day. Jamie has called me at 5:30pm , stating, “I’m going to clear my desk before I go home.” Dedicate, professional and genuinely concerned about me as an individual, not just a client! Side not- I was confused for a moment 🤣 I thought Taylor and Jamie were two different people until I heard her voice! Find Great People, you have a DIAMOND on staff👏🏾

Taylor Jamie is absolutely amazing. She is understanding, compassionate, and easy to speak to about situations and expectations. She offered tips and provided me with the things I needed to get hired. I followed her advice and it definitely paid off, I impressed the HR manager.
