She has been absolutely amazing, I was in the job search for 8 months, and talked to many recruiters who ended up forgetting about me or ignoring me. Marycruz is the one that stayed in touch, guided me, put effort into me, communicated with me, and really cared. Within a few weeks of first hearing from her, I landed a job! Not only that, but not to sound cheesy.. I landed a DREAM job.
