A long standing and highly trusted member of FGP’s professional staffing team, Megan oversees the FGP recruiting teams in Greenville and Columbia to ensure exceptional candidate experiences. In her recruiting work, Megan specializes in placing candidates in HR, legal, marketing, sales, customer service, and administration roles. She prides herself on gaining a strong understanding of FGP’s clients in order to match candidates based on skill and culture. She recruits for direct hire and contract to hire opportunities, and enjoys coaching and guiding candidates through the process, ultimately helping them optimize their career opportunities. Megan is a recipient of FGP’s “Great by Choice” award.

Megan began her career at FGP as a business development coordinator, assisting with client relationship, acquiring new business, and gaining an understanding of the business at-large. Throughout her 15 years at FGP, Megan has continued to grow and make a lasting impact within the staffing division. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.
