She develops relationships with potential candidates, conducts screening calls, and schedules interviews. Marianna enjoys meeting people from all walks of life, encouraging and building new relationships with those around her. Seeing others find joy in achieving their dreams is very rewarding for Marianna, which is why she finds recruiting meaningful.

Before joining FGP, Marianna worked as an HR & Recruiting Coordinator in the manufacturing industry. She is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Communication and a minor in Sociology.
