About Kelly Milam:

I am not an easy client; my needs and wants differ depending on my situation, which is ever changing, and she never tries to make me feel bad for it. She will update and make changes to work with me. She is understanding, friendly, timely, professional, and puts in effort to meet my needs. She is also easy to talk to, down-to-earth, and empathetic, which makes working with her a delight! I wish I had been able to get a job with her this go around, but all the ones she normally has, and I was looking for, were already taken by the time my last contract ended. That did not seem to discourage her, though; she kept at it till the last moment. I ended up taking another position with another company only because they had a job available that met my needs at the moment. She stays in my contacts, and hopefully we will be able to work together in the future!

About Leigh Tracy:

I am currently on my 3rd extension and I have absolutely loved working with Excelmed Staff and a large reason for that has been my recruiter, Leigh. She has made this such a positive experience and I have felt very supported through the entire process. She does a weekly check in and is always quick to reply when I have questions. She genuinely cares about her nurses and lets us know all the time!

About Tiffany West:

Tiffany has been immensely helpful and communicative for my first Travel RN contract with Excel. She has been keeping up with me every step of the onboarding process and has helped streamline everything and made the process very easy. I expressed my concerns regarding a previous staffing agency and how they lured me in initially then abandoned me for my second contract. She reassured me that this behavior would not happen with Excel and that she would remain in touch with me throughout my contract and in the future. Thank you Tiffany for all that you do! 10/10 would recommend.
