About Leigh Tracy:

As a contract nurse, I understand that I am trusting my recruiter with not only my career and reputation, but also my work life balance. With decentralized trials and with clinical research nursing, Leigh has an expert understanding of what the drug company needs and how to make sure those needs get met. Decentralized drug trials are still a largely unexplored niche, so the expertise Leigh has brought to the table is invaluable. In addition, Leigh really knows me and the details of my life so she can make sure I am also in the very best place for my skill set. I couldn't ask for a better recruiter or for a better agency! She communicates openly, and makes sure I have the most up to date information about everything. She is a huge advocate for me and I wouldn't trade her for anything. What a privilege to work with her!

She is always there for you when you need her whether it’s work whether it’s venting whether it’s anything she’s there for you and she’s on it and if she doesn’t have an answer, she’s finding an answer for you. Leigh is a wonderful recruiter who cares deeply for the human I am AND the nurse role I play. She is a fantastic communicator and really listens and helps me feel like I’m a valued member of the team. I’ve loved my clinical trials nurse role in the double blind study. It’s helped me to help patients have access to care that they normally wouldn’t have and I feel immense fulfillment with the opportunity to be part of a monumental study. I’ve seen patients’ lives changed because of this study and I love that I get to be part of it. It’s already helping so many people and I can’t wait to see how many more it will for years to come. Can’t recommend Leigh and the entire team enough!

I was so hesitant to step into this role, having no experience in clinical research. The deciding factor? My recruiter Leigh. I’ve been in this role now for the last two years. She checks in with me weekly to make sure everything is going smoothly. I can call or text her anytime and she will answer. I’ve never had a recruiter so responsive.
