I rarely express this, but I bring nearly 30 years of experience in all levels from the lowest to the most advanced in the healthcare field. Since becoming a nurse I have worked almost exclusively as an agency, travel, or contract anytime my skill set has allowed. I have also worked for Brick and Mortar establishments and been in a position to interview, hire, and fire. I am old and I know the business pretty well.
So with this experience within the first 10 minutes I was able to determine that Kelly was a serious professional interested in representing me because when I get paid you get paid. I felt that she made great effort in securing me an interview and ultimately putting me in a prime position to be hired. And I continue to be renewed and I'm grateful.
So let me put it like this, if I was going to open an agency much like yours and I could look over my life experience and pick five recruiters that I felt would allow me to be successful and profit in this endeavor Kelly Milam would be two of them.

Kierstin put no pressure on me which is different in this industry.
