Nicole has been upfront, transparent, responsive, supportive, and helpful from first contact to the end of a contract and on to the next contract. If I’ve had an issue, concern, or question, I know I can call and she’ll handle, quickly. Reducing the cognitive load is invaluable in a partner and she does that.
