What sets you apart from other healthcare recruiters? I have worked at CoreMedical Group as a healthcare recruiter for twenty years. This experience gives my travelers an added advantage in terms of getting the assignments they want. The strategies and techniques that I have learned over the years help me to give my travelers the best chance to find assignments that will make them happy.

How do you measure a successful healthcare placement?
When my travelers are happy with their assignments, I am happy. When they are on assignment for several weeks and they share with me positive feedback about the facility and their experience, then I consider it a job well done on both sides (from the recruiter and the nurses point of view).

If you could have any superpower to help you in healthcare recruiting, what would it be and how would you use it?
To be able to reach out to more healthcare professionals on a daily basis. I would simply want to do that every day!

Why I love to recruit
I absolutely love chatting with nurses on the phone to really get to know them and discover what would truly make them happy on a travel assignment. It's such a great feeling when my travelers have been with me for years and are genuinely happy with their experiences!
