 I enjoy cooking, shopping, and long drives with the windows down & great music playing!

 Friendly, honest, diligent, detail oriented, fun.

o What sets you apart from other healthcare recruiters?
 What sets me apart from other recruiters is my relatability and passion for human connection. Coming from 10 years as a dental professional I can relate to my travelers in a deeper level with a lot of clinical understanding.

o How do you measure a successful healthcare placement?
 There are many moving parts in a successful placement but what is most important to me, is that the traveler feels supported. Not only by myself and CoreMedical Group but also by the facility they are working at.

o If you could have any superpower to help you in healthcare recruiting, what would it be and how would you use it?
 If I had a superpower that could help me in healthcare recruiting I’d be able to teleport and visit my travelers on assignment. I love that they get to travel the country and we truly do become great friends. I’d love to be able to be there in person to celebrate wins and support when “life” happens.

Why I love to recruit
I love seeing a project through from start to finish and watching that journey blossom. From the very first steps in relationship building, to getting excited about possible opportunities, preparing for interview and landing incredible contracts - the process is really fun I truly enjoy being that support to my travelers through the entire process. My travelers make such a difference in this world and I feel so incredibly lucky to be a part of the journey!

When I'm not working I like to
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my toddler, my other half and my family. I enjoy cooking, creating new recipes, shopping, and enjoying the outdoors.
