About Tristan Long:

He didn't rush through the "basic" questions. Seemed like he wanted to talk. I've worked with recruiters in the past and they were dismissive or kept trying to place me in jobs against my preferences. Tristan did not do this.

About Nicole Fraden:

Nicole has always been personable. I have worked with other recruiters before and I always felt like a number. She is the first person who would check in with me, make me feel like I am a person. She would follow up and do a wellness check when I would feel stressed. Over all if there is anyone I could trust that will send me to places that align with my requirements, it's Nicole. I have sent people to her and they always have good feedback.
