For me, it's all about putting my travelers first. I strive to clear away as many obstacles as possible so that all my nurses need to focus on is delivering excellent care to our patients. Seeing my travelers succeed and thrive in their role reinforces my passion for recruiting.

Spencer definitely knows the travel business and will be an excellent resource to guide nurses looking to break into the travel nurse industry. He also knows the hospice business and has learned how the various client companies operate. It seems he tries to ensure he puts the right people in the places where they will fit.
