I have worked with a few recruiters Jin the last year, and Lucas is by far the best. He is great with working with my requests and has even been able to take into consideration that my husband and I request positions near each other. I’ve been an SLP for almost two decades and interested in a travel career; however, was a bit too intimidated to make that leap UNTIL I met Lucas. From our initial contract until my actual placement Lucas made me feel at ease. No question or concern I had ever seemed too trivial. When I wanted a change to my contract he went to bat for me, when I completed my first day on site he contacted me to make sure everything was OK, and this type of customer service continued throughout my placement. If I had an issue.. there were other departments I could contact … but I knew if I contacted Lucas he’d get it done! He does not stop being there to guide you once he’s got you recruited. I think that’s what makes the difference. If I had known there were recruiters like Lucas who make the travel process so simple… I’d have made the switch to travel years ago!

Lucas has been a wonderful recruiter. I feel that he listens to my needs/requests and fulfills them to the best of his ability. Whenever anyone expresses interest with a travel jobs, I always refer them to him. I don’t think my travel experience would be as great without him in my corner! I appreciate all that he does for me!

In my experience recruiters can be pushy and over bearing in the decision making process, but working with Lucas I feel encouraged without pressure.
