Professionally, I’ve had the opportunity to build experience across a diverse range of roles. After graduating high school, I pursued a career in plumbing. While working full-time, I completed four years of schooling and earned my license as a Journeyman Plumber. I spent the next decade in the trade, gaining extensive hands-on experience and developing a strong work ethic in demanding environments.
After 10 years in plumbing, I transitioned into various sales roles. I was ready for a new challenge—one that allowed me to leverage my communication skills and industry knowledge in a different way, without the physical toll that often comes with working in crawlspaces, attics, and other tight quarters.
In addition to my plumbing and sales experience, I spent 10 years teaching snowboarding. During that time, I taught hundreds of students of all ages and ability levels. I’m a passionate instructor who understands that everyone learns differently, and I take pride in adapting my approach to meet each individual’s needs. For me, learning should be both effective and enjoyable—otherwise, what’s the point?

Why I love to recruit
I’ve been a Healthcare Recruiter for a little over four years, and I can confidently say this is the first time in my life that I truly love what I do. I’m passionate about every aspect of the role—from connecting with individuals who are just beginning their careers and seeking guidance, to partnering with seasoned professionals who are focused on maximizing every opportunity available to them.
I genuinely enjoy educating candidates about the process, helping them navigate their options, and supporting them in achieving their career goals. It’s incredibly rewarding to play a part in your story, just as each of you becomes a part of mine.
I pride myself on working hard, being transparent and honest, and bringing a strategic approach to every opportunity. I also have a few creative tactics that help position my candidates competitively when they’re up against others applying for the same role.
When I'm not working I like to
My son is currently 2.5 and he's my pride and joy. Incredibly smart, loving, and brings so much light into my life. I never imagined that being a dad would be such a defining and fulfilling part of who I am—but I couldn’t have been more wrong. There’s nothing better than watching him learn, grow, and experience the world with curiosity and joy.
In my free time, I love being outdoors and staying active. During the summer, you’ll usually find me playing disc golf, camping, or hiking. In the winter, I’m on the mountain snowboarding whenever I get the chance.
