Lucas has been excellent to work with from start to finish. He clearly explained expectations, was responsive, and genuinely advocated for me throughout the interview and hiring process. Even when timelines shifted, he kept communication consistent and friendly. I truly felt like he had my back the entire time. A great example of how recruiting should be done.
