He is always professional in asking what works best for my needs. For example “Is this a good time?” Can I call you?” He always remembers me even if it’s been years since we talked. I have worked with him for many years. When I took a break from traveling to purchase a mortgage he was patient and considerate of my needs. He always has a smile on the phone and I appreciate the help to encourage me when I am struggling. Best recruiter ever!

Fred and I connected awhile back. He's always been friendly, knowledgeable, transparent about the jobs and professional needs he was looking to fulfill. My circumstances have not yet met his criteria and therefore, I have not been able to book a contracted job through him. I am hoping that one day, we will be on the same page time wise. I wish I had someone to refer Fred to. If you gave me a list, I'd send them all his name.

I reached out to Fred and he was very accommodating, very knowledgeable, and he knew that I was traveling from Boston to Hawaii, and he strategically sent out a map for me as far as jobs were concerned. Once I got here to Hawaii, I was able to contact him because I was in a position that we needed nurses and I know just how well he works. He was on it he did what he could times were a little tense during Covid, but may I say this about Fred he always kept his Head he was always approachable and kind to speak with. He never ever made you feel like you’re bothering you. I’m very appreciative to have known this man. Thank you very much Joyce Foley.
