Some recruiters not only comprehend their role but also grasp the specializations in nursing. They may not always secure your preferred job but remain transparent about facility details and compensation, allowing you to make informed decisions. Fred embodies this caliber of recruiter. I have been working with him for over a decade. It highlights his extensive expertise in the travel nursing industry. About Fred Whittle III:

I’ve worked with Fred for many years and he is by far the easiest person to get in touch with about job inquiries. Fred has always had my best interest in mind and has been entirely too patient with me at times. I don’t feel like I’ve been deserving of having a recruiter like Fred, who has genuinely cared about my overall well-being as a person. Fred has always encouraged me to never sweat the small stuff, and to always push forward during difficult times. If there has been a situation where a job didn’t work out, Fred either had a plan B ready to go, or would stay in touch while working a different plan out together. What I’ve learned as a travel nurse, is that there’s always going to be agencies that pay more than others, but having a recruiter that wants you to succeed, wants to know you and your family are okay, and who is easy to get in touch with, is better than a slightly bigger paycheck. Much thanks to Fred for being humble, humorous, and helpful through my years working with as a travel nurse. He is an indispensable asset to Core Medical Group.

Fred always made sure my needs were met for a new contract. Made sure to handle situations that I had issues with. This company as a whole was great. Heath Insurance was provided right away. Other companies do not offer that. Everyone worked together and my needs always met.
