Fred explained everything to me so well. The first time we spoke he took the time to hear me and answer all of my questions- he had so much patience and stayed on the phone for quite a while. Fred checks in with me consistently. He likes to create a personal relationship with the people he works with and I couldn’t say a bad thing about him.
