Hey! My name is Connor! I joined Cell Staff in May 2025. Currently, I focus on staffing health care professionals around North Carolina and Texas. Before Cell Staff, I worked in corporate recruiting for McKinsey and Company hiring consultants internally for the firm. While I was there, I was awarded one of the top mentors in Talent Attraction and had the team with the highest volume of staffing in the country for Associates and Business Analysts. When I am not at work, I am on the golf course trying to better my game. I am currently a 2.1 index and working toward playing in more Armature events around the country since I qualified and played in the 2025 Gasparilla Invitational here in Tampa.

Why I love to recruit
What I find most rewarding about recruiting healthcare professionals is the tangible difference I get to make. Every successful placement means a facility is better staffed, a clinic can serve more patients, and ultimately, lives are positively impacted. It's incredibly fulfilling to know that my work helps to strengthen healthcare teams, ensuring that quality care is accessible to those who need it most. The dynamism of the healthcare sector also keeps me engaged; it's a field that's constantly evolving, presenting new challenges and opportunities to learn. I thrive on the urgency and importance of finding the right fit for critical roles, knowing that I'm playing a part in a vital industry.
When I'm not working I like to
When I am not bettering my golf game, I love to unwind by cooking, discovering local breweries, and exploring diverse cuisines. Travel is a big passion of mine. I have been to 20 countries and 35 states. I also have a 9-year-old Aussie that keeps me on the go!
