Bailey Locano

I grew up in sunny Southern California which provided a foundation for my active pursuits, which continued into my college years where I played soccer in Nebraska and obtained my degrees. Following my time in college, I relocated to Tampa, Florida and began my professional journey within the health and fitness industry. During this period, I focused on assisting individuals with their wellness objectives and developing strong client relationships. My career then transitioned into recruiting, driven by a desire to continue helping people, specifically by connecting them with careers they are passionate about and fostering professional relationships. This shift allowed me to leverage my interpersonal skills in a new capacity getting to connect nurses to careers where they can feel fulfilled and enjoy what they do!

I love recruiting because it allows me to combine my passion for helping people with my enjoyment of building meaningful relationships. There's so much satisfaction in guiding individuals towards a career they genuinely love, knowing I've played a part in their professional fulfillment.

When I'm not working I like to
Outside of my professional life, I maintain an active lifestyle through running and leading various group fitness classes. I also enjoy exploring the local foodie scene by trying new restaurants (can talk about food all day long) but also spending time outdoors, usually at the beach or pool soaking up the sun!
