Jacob Glatz

I grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, where my parents taught me the value of strong relationships and hard work. As my passion for helping others grew over time, I knew I wanted to work with people directly. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and after several years in that particular field, I made the transition to recruiting. I was finally in my element. My skillsets including communication, time management, empathy and many others stayed with me and I continued to improve upon them. I believe a solid professional relationship is built on 4 main pillars:
