I transferred to Rich after a poor experience with another recruiter and was about to look for a contract elsewhere. I decided to give the company another chance since I was so deep into the process and hated the thought of starting all over elsewhere. I told him what I needed and a bit about my personality. I’m a bit blunt and need a straight shooter. I don’t want things all dressed up. Just tell me how it is. He delivered!
