Avery was very informative and she told was honest about the steps it took to get my position. She gave me scenarios that have come to pass. Avery has been an amazing recruiter, and this is my second assignment working with her. She made my transfer from New Jersey to North Carolina seamless from start to finish. She took the time to understand the type of facility I was looking for and quickly found opportunities that matched my preferences. We submitted several contracts until I found the perfect fit, and she kept me informed throughout the entire process. As this was my first travel assignment, Avery went above and beyond by checking in during my move, offering housing suggestions, and making sure I had the resources I needed. She also followed up after my first week of orientation to see how everything was going and to make sure I was settling in well. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful transition feel smooth and manageable.
