Growing up as the oldest of three in South Florida, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and leadership from an early age. My childhood was filled with adventures in the great outdoors, whether I was casting a line into the calm south Florida waters, hoping to catch a tarpon, snook, or redfish, or simply soaking in the natural beauty of my surroundings. These experiences not only fueled my passion for fishing but also instilled in me a deep appreciation for nature and the importance of preserving it.
Sports have always played a significant role in my life, particularly football. As an offensive lineman, I learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and GRIT. My commitment to the game extended beyond high school, leading me to Valdosta State in South Georgia, where I further honed my skills and developed lifelong friendships. The challenges and triumphs on the field shaped my character and taught me how to overcome obstacles, both in sports and in life.
After graduating, I felt a strong pull to return to Tampa, where I could reconnect with my roots. Today, I’m excited to embark on a new journey as a health recruiter, helping others find their path in the healthcare field. As I reflect on my journey, I recognize how each experience has contributed to my growth. Whether it’s the lessons learned from the football field or the quiet moments spent fishing, these elements of my life have shaped who I am today. I look forward to the next chapter, where I can merge my love for the outdoors, my competitive spirit, and my commitment to helping others into a fulfilling career.

Why I love to recruit
Being a healthcare recruiter is incredibly fulfilling for me. I love helping individuals find long-lasting positions that not only match their skills but also ignite their passions. There’s nothing quite like witnessing a candidate's excitement when they discover an opportunity that fits them perfectly.
I’m also passionate about helping people achieve financial freedom. In today’s world, many are looking for careers that provide stability and growth, and I take pride in guiding them toward those paths. Knowing that I can play a role in improving someone’s quality of life is a powerful motivator for me.
Ultimately, I believe that every placement I make has the potential to create a positive impact—both for the candidates and the communities they serve. It’s this combination of helping others and making a difference that makes my work as a healthcare recruiter so meaningful.
When I'm not working I like to
When I’m not working, I love to spend my time outdoors, especially saltwater fishing. There’s something incredibly peaceful about being out on the water, waiting for that thrilling catch. I also enjoy shooting my bow, I find great satisfaction in perfecting a craft and honing in on skills. Staying active is important to me, so I make time for workouts that keep me energized. And on the occasional rainy day, I like to unwind by dabbling in a bit of gaming, right now the new NCAA game is my addiction. These activities help me recharge and bring balance to my life!
