Tyler initially reached out to me. Then after I confirmed interest in the opportunity presented, she was very prompt in following up. She has been very helpful, and supportive in understanding the various steps of the process. As well as knowledgeable and forthcoming about the expectations, all of which I truly appreciate. I am still in the beginning stages but, I am looking forward to the opportunity because of this experience. I am hopeful that it will be consistent throughout regardless of the various interactions I may have with different representatives of departments, etc. .

There were delays in getting me cleared, not at all her fault, but she reached out and asked how I wanted to proceed. I was patient and had time, so I waited for that particular assignment. She walked me through the whole process and when a small issue with on-boarding happened she jumped right in and fixed it! Would trust her for my next assignment

I feel like she really went above and beyond her role as a recruiter to make sure my needs were met, even when my contract with the state fell through.
