Hi!
My name is Bailey and I am a healthcare recruiter for Cell Staff! As a recruiter, I like to think of myself as a matchmaker. I try to find the perfect position for each of my candidates! Before recruiting, I taught elementary school for 3 years. As much as I loved being with kids and watching them grow, I was ready for something new! Cell Staff has been a great change for me and it's been so fun!

I recently moved to Columbus, OH. Although, the cold weather is not my favorite, I am loving it! Go Buckeyes!!! When I am not recruiting, you can find me spending time with my fiance and my two golden retrievers!

My fiance and I have two golden retrievers that are my whole world!! Their names are Cruz and Koe and they are the best! I also recently got engaged so I am spending a lot of my free time on wedding planning and I am loving it!

Ms Bailey went above and beyond her duties and get me a job, she submitted my papers even while she was off duty which help me get an offer very quickly within one week of talking with her. I had a job offer the next week. She helped me prepare for the onboarding process which ran smoothly and quickly!! I highly recommend her as a top notch recruiter.
