Recently decided I was ready for something new in my nursing career and began exploring opportunities in Corrections. I was looking for an honest, transparent, and knowledgeable y with a reputable agency. In the agency world this can prove to be very challenging. After spending a week speaking to multiple recruiters and multiple agencies, I had yet to receive any offers or find a place or person I felt comfortable trusting to transition into a new start. After a bit of research, I discovered CellStaff and Corey. I applied to an Indeed ad and Corey responded promptly the next business day. I spoke to him at 9:30am the next morning and before end of business that day my profile had been created, submitted to a position perfectly aligned to what I was looking for, and an on site interview was arranged. Rather than taking credit for the agency or himself, he made sure to let me know my past work experience is what stood out. Although I have years of experience in nursing across many settings including some travel work, a new start is always intimidating. I heard exactly what I needed to hear and am now feeling confident and motivated. If you are looking for a reputable agency and a knowledgeable, transparent recruiter you can trust, you've come to the right place. My last agency experience was far from positive. Although it eventually resulted in a successful 13 week contract once I got into the facility, my onboarding process was beyond bumpy, I experienced a significant amount of dishonesty, and an unexpected 4 week delay in start date due to errors made by the recreuiter and onboarding staff. As a result, I had my guard up when I began exploring new opportunities. Looking so forward to this new chapter and am very grateful I found what I was looking for to get me there!
