Hello!

I'm Paul, I have been working at Cell Staff since 2015 when we were a newly formed company, struggling to get our name out there and get business. Watching this company grow has been like watching a child progress through the years. We've gone from being able to place medical professionals in a few different facilities in a few different states, to a nationwide healthcare giant that can now offer an endless supply of opportunities for our external staff.

When I'm not working I love the outdoors, autumn weather, cooking, and hockey. Growing up in NJ I am a loyal New Jersey Devils fan, and unfortunately a New York Jets fan. I'm a food and wine connoisseur and have traveled around the world to explore different cultures and cuisines.

Like most New Jerseyan's I'm quite sarcastic.

Why I love to recruit
I rarely recruit anymore, so if you're speaking to me about a job you are either a lucky one or someone I've worked with for several years! Everyone we recruit is a medical professional that chooses to work with an underserved population, so growing relationships with our employees that choose to do this type of work is always interesting and rewarding. I like being an honest friend with the people I recruit, someone they can turn to when times are tough or to check in with if they're bored on an off day.
