Josh always answers his phone and is willing to listen. If for some reason he is busy when you call, he returns calls in an impressively timely fashion. Having worked with Josh for 1.5yrs he has never disappointed. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to a coworker or peer.

I returned a phone call to Josh today. I hesitated, as I was in a not-so-good mood thinking my salty attitude would be obvious. It turned out, the nicest, most helpful and sincere guy was on the other end of the line. He exuded warmth and kindness as we talked and asked questions about why I am choosing Corrections after 33 years of nursing. He is one of the most considerate recruiters/human beings I've ever met. And extremely thorough about what to expect, where to begin and reiterated this would be a good fit for me. And although the positions had been filled, he encouraged me not to give up asking if I wanted to complete the application and the onboarding paperwork so we would be ready when an opening becomes available. I give this guy one hundred stars and cannot wait to work with him. He's a double shot of Expresso to your confidence and ego. I even forgot I was in a not-so-good mood. I have many nursing friends I will recommend.
