It was hard to write a review, because Jessica did a good job. I don’t believe she got good information from support staff regarding the repeat TB test. I believe the lab test should’ve been waived since I wasn’t told about it initially. Repeat TB test took another four hours of my time to complete. If I was made aware of it from beginning, it would’ve just taken me an extra two hours. If you’re still concerned about whether or not I’m positive for TB, you should have just ordered blood work, notified my at the start of the process so I wouldn’t have to return to the clinic, or get the second TB shots one in the left and one in the right arm at my physical (which would be the cheapest way). Other than the never ending physical I would say the process was fine and Jessica did a good job.
Stephanie was available when I needed help and made the process go smoothly. It was more the systems used that could have been more user friendly for folks that do not have access to a computer.
