About Victor Stesiak:

Victor did an excellent job explaining the position and the company he was recruiting me for. He let me know what the interview process would be like and the expectations. Even though I applied directly with the company a few weeks before he approached me with the job he was able to figure out a way to get me into the system to get me the interview. He demonstrated that he can think on his feet and outside the box. I appreciate Victor's efforts.
