Adriana was incredibly accommodating and personable. She was extremely pleasant throughout the entire process - from the initial outreach to the first phone conversation, then the post-interview follow up - while ensuring that the role would be a good fit, for myself, and the company. In my job search the last several months, I’ve had over a dozen recruiters reach out on behalf of the company they are representing. None came close to the amount of care and follow-through that Adriana provided. In truth - our interactions felt more like catching up with a good friend than the typical recruiter/candidate dynamic.
