Fadia was very responsive and knowledgeable. I initially accepted the interview but turned it down due to compensation but Fadia spoke with the client and said that they were interested and we will be able to negotiate pay. If i could give Fadia a higher score I would.

I asked him if he could send me examples of the behavioral questions the interviewers would ask and he got with me right away. Then he followed up with the interviewers to get a rapid response on the position and he was able to confirm in 1 business day that they did want to hire me.
