I've worked with many firms in the past and Tommy has been a breath of fresh air, he is personable and brings a high level of empathy and EQ into filling positions for his customers. You can tell he really wants to find the best candidate for both the interviewee and interviewer. He is well organized, has an attention to detail, and always follows up when he says he will.

I was working with Tommy on a Software Implementation Engineer role. He was very upfront about the role, the company, and associated details. He is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We were talking about our pets, and had a few jokes back and forth. He is definitely one of the best, if not the best recruiter I've had the pleasure of working with. I was scheduled for an interview with a client and he called me the day before and was just giving me some guidance on the hiring manager and his experience with speaking to her, and just her overall demeanor, etc. I genuinely feel prepped for the interview and am looking forward to it. I would recommend any and everyone to work with Tommy!
