About Tommy Phillips:

Tommy had been absolutely incredible to work with so far. Highly responsive and fast-acting. He really seems to understand what is important to both the job seeker and the employer. I can tell this is not just a "quickly filling the role and moving on" process for him - but that he goes through a process really seeking understanding and can see beyond the resume details or the print on the job description. I've just had an excellent experience working with him so far and seriously think the world of recruiting would be better off with more people like Tommy.
