Why I love to recruit
I'm a collector of stories. Even in my free time I enjoy talking to people and getting to know them. It's amazing to get paid for something you genuinely enjoy - and for me, that's making connections with people who would otherwise be strangers. Setting people up for professional success is an added bonus!

When I'm not working I like to
Travel, eat all the foods, play all the sports, catch a Rockies game, and explore all that Colorado has to offer.

Being unemployed there is a lot of uncertainty on the part of the candidate and in some instances fear of what is next. Unlike many recruiters I have worked with, Tommy has kept me informed of the status of my candidacy, even when there was no news. He has helped to ease my fear and has provided great advice. He has been very responsive and followed up with answering my questions in a timely manner. Gave me prep for my interviews with guidance on what the client is looking for in a candidate. Taking out the since of uncertainty before the conversation. I only wish other head hunter/recruiters communicated like Tommy has, it would ease the unemployment fear associated with looking for the next opportunity.
