About Tommy Phillips:

Tommy is very easy to talk to and provides great feedback into any shortcomings. I don't want a recruiter who will just tell me that all my answers are good; i want someone who can tell me what i need to work on and WHY my answers are good. Tommy is that guy. I hope i get to work with him again in the future.
