About Tommy Phillips:

Tommy is a great recruiter and he gave amazing insights into not only the position but also the company and the individual that I was interviewing with. He coached me well before the first interview and I felt really prepared and knew what to expect. He was proactive in communication and we talked a few times before my first interview with the client. He did not simply quick screen me and push my resume to the client like so many other recruiting agencies. I highly recommend Tommy whether or not this position works out for me.

About Justin Noack:

At no fault of Justin, I work in a very niche industry - so I would be lying to give a perfect score there. However, Justin listened and was extremely receptive to information I provided him on how the ecosystem works, and he was very supportive of the entire process. Justin went above and beyond to learn about what my requirements as well as the jobs, made me feel comfortable, and did a superior job in getting me through to my 2nd interview today.
