These positions are responsible for face to face customer service, cash handling, and inventory management. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to provide outstanding customer service, while also adhering to assigned tasks in the workplace. These are full time, 1st shift positions.Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Strong phone presence and the ability to communicate well
Experience answering phones and cash handling
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift
Positive attitude in the workplace
Excellent custom service skills

The General Accounting job in Bangor, Maine is responsible for the reconciliation of accounts, accounts receivable and payable, prepping journal entries, and retrieving statements for ACH transactions. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to maintain logins and passwords for carriers, abide by policies and perform all other duties as assigned. This is a full time, Monday-Friday position.

With openings in Wiscasset, the Production Technician job is responsible for preparing and inspecting materials and equipment. You’ll have a solid understanding of how to properly clean and operate automated equipment, while also practicing safety and efficiency in the workplace. This is a full time, second shift position.
Production Technician Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Pre Employment physical, and background check
Experience working in a team based work environment
Basic reading comprehension and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds in standing positions through the day and wear a respirator when necessary
History working within ISO-controlled environment and knowledge of GMP, ISO 9000 systems preferred
Experience with basic hand tools
