Position Summary

We are seeking a Quality Warehouse Worker to join a hands-on, detail-oriented team. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound telecommunications equipment. Tasks include inspecting for damage, identifying parts, scanning serial and part numbers, packaging, and organizing inventory using ERP systems such as SAP. This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity offering long-term stability, with potential for growth into leadership roles.

 

What You'll Do

  • Receive and process telecommunications equipment
  • Inspect materials for visible defects
  • Use barcode scanners to track serial/part numbers
  • Package and label items according to specifications (including ESD and weight limits)
  • Use ERP systems (SAP or similar) for inventory tracking
  • Perform light assembly using hand tools
  • Store inventory per specific guidelines
  • Occasionally use pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials (forklift certification not required)

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in standing/bending positions
