Job Title: Leather Cementer
Pay: $20 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
As a Leather Cementer, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and tending to cementing and gluing machines to join materials for production.
- Adjusting machine components according to technical specifications and determining the appropriate amount of adhesive to use.
- Ensuring that materials are correctly aligned and positioned for accurate bonding.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong hand dexterity with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for the entire shift duration.
- Proficiency in reading and writing.
- A positive and friendly attitude.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
