Bonney Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our teams in Westbrook and Gorham, ME. You will be responsible for performing precision machining operations to produce high-quality parts. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machinery, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing, and making mechanical adjustments and repairs as needed. There are 1st and 2nd shift position available! This opportunity is NOT seeking Machine Operators but those with actual Machinist experience! Details:Pay Rate: $22 - $34/hr

Machining Setup: Plan machining operations by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, and materials. Determine necessary fixtures, attachments, and tools, and mount them on the machine.
Programming and Operation: Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes. Enter instructions, monitor operations, and verify incoming work orders for correct material.
Inspection and Quality Control: Ensure products meet blueprint specifications by taking precise measurements, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting, adjusting, and reprogramming as needed.
Maintenance: Monitor machine temperatures, perform preventive maintenance, and replace coolant periodically. Maintain equipment and keep detailed records of actions.
