Business Relationship Manager position
located in
Barrington, NH is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships with organizations that generate large volumes of plastic waste, including businesses, municipalities, and educational institutions. This role will involve outreach, client education, contract negotiations, and product sales, with the chance to earn a tiered commission for successful sales. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth and advancement.
Schedule: 20 hours per week (Flexible, to be coordinated with supervisor)
Pay Range: $25/hour + commission (based on contract value and product sales)
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and reach out to organizations with high plastic output.

Client Education: Educate potential clients on our recycling services, emphasizing cost savings and environmental benefits.

Contract Negotiation: Secure monthly collection contracts, showcasing the long-term value of our services.

Product Sales: Promote and sell our 100% recycled plastic products (e.g., benches, Adirondack chairs) and earn commissions on sales.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring additional partnership opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with a focus on sustainability or recycling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Ability to research, identify, and qualify prospective clients.
- Interest in environmental sustainability and recycling is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED.
