The Warehouse Quality Technician position in Dover, NH is responsible for ensuring all products meet customer expectations prior to shipment, as well as receiving in all shipments and ensuring all raw material is free of defects. This position also acts as a backup for the manufacturing Quality Inspectors.  Successful candidates will have high attention to detail, must be proficient with technology / ERP Systems, and must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.  This is a Direct Hire, first shift position.

Warehouse Quality Technician Responsibilities:
  • Conduct final release inspections for shipments to ensure quality standards.
  • Enter customer-required electronic data for shipments.
  • Perform incoming inspections of raw materials, enter data into the ERP system or manually document as procedure dictates.
  • Assist the Manufacturing Manager with the management of all raw material / inventory control. 
  • Provide reports on incoming inspection activity as required.
  • Participate in corrective action and problem-solving sessions to meet customer quality requirements.
  • Assist the Quality Engineer with supplier corrective actions related to incoming inspection issues.
  • Train and provide instruction to team members as requested by the Quality Team Leader.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Team Leader.

Warehouse Quality Technician Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Inspector position 
  • Experience working in a Warehouse Shipping department required
  • Strong understanding of advanced mathematical concepts.
  • Proficient with Windows-based computers and popular business applications such as ERP software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet browsers, and email.
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with drafting reports and collating data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in analyzing and interpreting technical information.
