Schedule: 1st shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $20 - $25/Hr, depending on experience and background Start Date: ASAP We are seeking an Installation Technician for a full-time position with our client, a local communication solutions company offering innovative products and technology for public service and commercial industries, located in Portsmouth, NH. The Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of fixed infrastructure and radio systems under the direction of a supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electronics, wiring, and hand tools. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical aptitude, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This is a full-time role with no nights or weekend work. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Installation and maintenance of radio systems and equipment

• Driving to customer sites to perform preventative maintenance and repairs

• Troubleshooting equipment to identify and resolve issues

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience running cables, installing, and repairing telecommunication equipment (highly preferred)

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Valid driver’s license (required)

• Background in electronics or IT (preferred)

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Comfort working at heights (rooftops, ladders, or in man lifts)

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

2nd shift Mechanical Assembler  Pay rate: $20/HR Schedule: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am overtime on Fridays (Training is on first shift) We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a Full-time, Temp-to-hire position for our client, a manufacturer specializing in boilers located in Rochester, New Hampshire. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling boilers, including building heat exchangers, sub-assemblies, wiring, testing, and crating. The Mechanical Assembler should have a solid understanding of basic hand tools and assembly blueprints. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position located in Rochester, New Hampshire. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for:

• Ability to work multiple substations of boiler assembly, including the building of heat exchangers, sub-assemblies, wiring, testing, and crating

• Use a variety of tools, including manual and air-powered wrenches and screwdrivers

• Read and interpret work instructions

• Ensure product is built to specifications and meets quality standards

The ideal candidate for this role will have: 

• High School Graduate

• 1+ Year of Manufacturing and/or Assembly Experience

• Ability to work with hand tools 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Basic Math Skills
