About Nic Sandlin:

Nic was already familiar with the job opening from his previous experience as a Technical Recruiter, and I also had a Teams call with him to discuss the role. He walked me through the hiring steps in detail and made the entire process very clear. Overall, Nic did an excellent job communicating and coordinating with me.

About Nic Sandlin:

The experience was really enjoyable. I have been through this process with multiple recruiting firms and its not always easy to go through. I know that this was just the first contact meeting but Nic made sure to clear time the day after I reached out to Jon to get a time setup to meet with me. I am very hopeful with how this will be going and do not plan on using any other firms to help place me in a new position.
