About Nic Sandlin:

Nic has an easy-going candid demeanor. He is an effective communicator. Nic clearly read both my resume and the job descriptions of the jobs we discussed. This may seem like a given, but it isn't. In the past two weeks I have been bombarded by recruiters phone calls and emails and many have wasted my time with jobs I am clearly not qualified for. Nic didn't waste my time.

About Nic Sandlin:

I really appreciated the personal touches from Nic, especially taking the time to better understand me on a personal level and also in an effort to understand what makes me tick. Nic is very personable and easy to engage in conversation. I have been on the job market for a while, and I have come across few recruiters like Nic that seem to genuinely want to get to know those they serve on a personal level. That is great leadership and service!

About Nic Sandlin:

Nic was very responsive about contacting me and setting up a zoom meeting that included him and a manager. He answered all of my questions about the company and how the process worked. He had a good knowledge base about the clients within my professional domain. All of the information was conveyed in a collegial and professional manner.
