Nic found me on the MI talent bank and happened to contact me the day I was leaving for vacation. We had a great conversation where I provided him with an updated resume and he promised to get in touch with me after my trip. He kept his word and we set up a Skype meeting for when I was back home. It was nice to have someone take the initiative after months of not hearing anything back from employers.
