About Shane Rondy:

Shane was personable, and energetic. Although he normally works under different IT areas, he was unfamiliar with the pure Infrastructure Architecture which I am normally involved in. He was transparent and curious, and we had a very good dialogue to answer his questions.

About Shane Rondy:

Shane was very responsive from the initial email and subsequent phone calls. The process from resume to offer letter was less than a week. While this is a very good job, I was told I would have benefits (Health Care Ins. Holidays) I will now have to wait for 2 months for medical coverage. In addition, Blue Chip does not have any paid company holidays. I do understand how time off is accrued but between my health plan COBRA costs ($1500) for Feb & March and no paid holidays (8) this adds up to almost a month of my salary. In all my years of employment I have never had such a lag on insurance coverage. While I can hopefully get enough PTO to cover the holidays these two issues should be been communicated during the week preceding my offer letter.
